python turtle w, a, s, d, movement

this is a simple w, a, s, d movement for python Topdown with turtle.

controls are w to move foreword  a, d to rotate left right, and s t move backwards.

put ## in front of turtle.clear() if you do not want it to clear the path and draw a trail instead
